My experience with clients include those who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum, and life challenges. As one takes the step to come to therapy, it is important to work together to focus on what concerns they may have, where they would like to be, and how to get there. As a therapist, I will work to help give you, the client, the tools needed to meet these goals. Through talk therapy, we work through different techniques and challenges to find what works best for you. Everyone is different - including clients. What works best for you is the direction we go in.My approach to working with clients is driven on how to create strengths and powerful mindsets. Working to focus on changes that bring positivity to your life and help you achieve the goals you would like. I do this through mindfulness therapy, cognitive based therapy, and strength based.Therapy is not a "one size fits all" approach. It is meeting a client where they are in their journey and finding the best direction for them. I work to establish a trusting relationship first and foremost, as this is the most important aspect of counseling. From there we focus on what YOUR goals are and how to achieve them.
