As a GP Pharmacist at Grand Union Health Centre, I provide clinical and pharmaceutical services to patients and staff in a primary care setting. I work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize prescribing, monitor medication safety, and deliver quality improvement initiatives. I have over four years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a Master's degree in Pharmacy from King's College London. Before joining Grand Union Health Centre, I gained valuable experience as a Pharmacist at two leading NHS Trusts, rotating in various medicinal areas such as nephrology, neurology, elderly care, respiratory, surgery, gastroenterology, and HIV. At the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, I handled oncology and haematology patients in private care. In addition, I have a keen interest in academic research and medical regulation and education, having participated in several projects and publications during my studies. My mission is to use my skills and knowledge to improve patient outcomes and healthcare standards.
