Dr. Sarmad Nadeem is an experienced Healthcare leader. He is a consultant psychiatrist and an Associate Medical Director at Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust, where he leads the community transformation across the Trust. He holds a MBChB degree from Al-Mustansiriya College of Medicine in Iraq, a MSc degree in psychiatry from the University of Manchester, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from Edge Hill University. He is also a Fellow of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and an examiner for the Royal College and Manchester medical school. He has been involved in many regional, National and international projects and conferences, and his projects been nominated for multiple awards for his contributions to the health system in the UK. He has developed training courses that had been included in the trust training and induction for doctors and prescribers. He is currently an honorary lecturer at Manchester University. Dr Sarmad Nadeem special interest is in Healthcare Management, undergraduate & postgraduate medical education, suicide prevention, Medical Education, Quality Improvement, Medical Leadership and Service Development.
