"Sareh Beladi, M.D., is board-certified in family medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine. At Conviva University Blvd., she leads a team of compassionate, patient-focused primary care professionals with a commitment to medical excellence. Dr. Beladi completed a residency at the University of South Carolina, Palmetto Health Family and Preventative Medicine, in Columbia, South Carolina. In residency, she served on the Program Director Search Committee and she was a resident facilitator for 5th Thursday Quality Improvement. She was awarded the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine Resident Teacher of the Year in 2007. Dr. Beladi earned her medical degree from the American University of the Caribbean in St. Maarten, Netherlands Antilles, in 2003. As an undergraduate, she obtained a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 1997. Dr. Beladi’s research includes “Using a Clinical Decision Support Tool for Achieving Adult Inpatient Glycemic Control,” STFM Conference on Practice Improvement, Newport Beach, CA, 2007; “Acute Renal Failure,” 2006; “Management of Difficult of Control Hypertension,” and “Disadvantages of Sliding Scale Insulin,” 2007. She serves as a clinical preceptor for Florida State University School of Medicine, where she is actively involved in training 1st-year and 3rd-year medical students and is on the clinical faculty in their Family Medicine clinical rotations. Dr. Beladi is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Florida Academy of Family Physicians, the South Carolina Medical Association, and the South Carolina Academy of Family Physicians. She enjoys boating, water sports, and college football."
