(Secondments) January - September 2019 I was successful in working as part of an innovative new Community Dementia team which was interdisciplinary working. Supporting pre and post diagnostic work. September - present Supporting another innovative and unique service; specialising in cognitive impairment and dementia. Multidisciplinary working to maximise memory rehabilitation to empower service users and maximise quality of life.
