Sandria Tuguta, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, COCN, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Graceland University in Independence, Missouri. She is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), as a Ostomy Care Nurse by the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB), and has a special interest in wound care. She has been a part of the AdventHealth family for over 13 years and has been working within specialty surgery areas for over three years, prior to which she served with a hospitalist team in Volusia County. With a warm and welcoming demeanor she provides holistic patient-centered care and is eager to accommodate any special needs our patients may have. She enjoys travelling and interacting with members of various cultures, and gladly uses a certified medical video interpreter to directly communicate with non-English speaking patients and members of the deaf community.
