Mrs. Sana is a graduate of the American University of Beirut/Lebanon with a high Honors bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She has more than 18 years of clinical experience at tertiary health care facilities in Lebanon and the UAE (inpatient and outpatient settings). She is a member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the Lebanese Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics. Her main area of interest is providing medical nutritional therapy for bariatric patients (pre- and post-operatively) and she is certified as a Bariatric Care Specialist by American Surgical Review Corporation (SRC) and SCOPE certified by World Obesity Federation, UK. In addition, Sana has extensive experience in covering critical care as well as in nutrition support (enteral and parenteral nutrition).
