As a pharmacy manager I have taken pride in my team as we have prioritised high patient satisfaction whilst creating a positive and welcoming working environment. I am very passionate, dedicated and dependable. It is very easy for me to give my 100% to whatever job I do and whatever task I am given. This comes with a willingness to volunteer extra time in order to keep things moving efficiently. I’d like to think of myself as a team player, empowering my colleagues to work to their full potential and independently, as well as amongst others. At the same time I believe it is important to be humble and willing to learn, for growth and strength.
