I am a proactive individual who has gained various skill sets over the years that compliment all that I do in my professional as well as personal life. My main skills lie in working with people face-to-face in addition to devising business process materials to meet service needs. I am passionate about enabling people with the skills to become independent proactive members of society, hence taking them away from dependency on others to supporting them to become self-sufficient individuals. I believe supporting individuals and communities to become self-sufficient allows them to move forward in a productive and inclusive way, for this purpose I have set up my own Community Interest Company (Deen Network CIC), which I manage and run outside of my main work life. I am keen to be part of a business team that supports the ethos of creating independence and I wish to take forward roles that will enable me to work towards this.
