She has studied at renowned continuing education centers such as the Dawson Academy and Spear Education. She is actively working towards becoming a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry, a prestigious award designated to dentists who have taken over 500 hours in continuing education courses. Dr. Kozakowski grew up in Upstate NY. Dr. Kozakowski utilizes her training to advise patients on how their diet affects their oral health. Dr. Kozakowski earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL, and completed advanced training in a General Practice Residency at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford, CT. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, American Association of Public Health Dentistry, and American Public Health Association. In her free time, Dr. Kozakowski enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the DC area, and traveling. Dr. Kozakowski looks forward to meeting you in the office soon.
