I have four years of experience working in community pharmacy. Currently, I work as a Head Dispenser. Making sure the day to day running of the shop and the services provided are working to the maximum. I work with many different locum pharmacists so I have to teach them to work in our environment. I have worked my way up to this position, starting off as a counter assistant, with far fewer responsibilities. As I learnt more, I was handed more duties and moved up to the position of dispenser. I passed the Dispensary Assistant Course - NVQ Level 2 and continued to increase my skill set. To this present day I thrive to learn more to help the shop evolve and gain more business.
