Dr. Sahar Sohrabian is a Non-Invasive Cardiologist in Sherman Oaks and Encino Hospital who is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles where she graduated summa cum laude in Physiological Sciences and was awarded Graduate of the Year in her department. As one of the top college graduates, she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Dr. Sohrabian obtained her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco and completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Olive View Medical Center, UCLA. She completed her fellowship in Cardiology at the University of California, Irvine where she focused on non-invasive Imaging. Her focus is on the management of chest pain, coronary artery disease, congestive heart disease, valvular heart disease and heart disease in women. In the cardiovascular clinic, her commitment to patient care is evident by way of providing comprehensive medical care to a very diverse patient population. She strives to minimize barriers to cardiovascular care across all ethnicities, languages, and cultures. She is fluent in Farsi and has been involved in many Iranian community outreach programs.
