"Sadia Altidore, MSN, FNP-BC, is a Registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner, APRN, with certification through the American Nursing Credentialing Center, ANCC. She also holds certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, CPR, and Basic Life Support, BLS. At Conviva Care Center Okeechobee, she provides compassionate, patient-focused primary care with a dedication to medical excellence. Mrs. Altidore earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization as family nurse practitioner from Barry University, in Miami, Florida, May 2016. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University, in Miami, Florida, May 2012, and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Florida Keys Community College in Key West, Florida, December 2010.
