As I approach my 77th birthday it seems unlike I will be seeking paid employment. In recent years I have a lot from colleagues in the Middle East & still read the journals to find out how much I don't know. I admire the advances in my field of Child & Adolescent Mental Health but will always be a clinician who gains from them
