My approach to therapy is meeting you where you are at and helping support you in your journey of life. I offer a safe space to cry, laugh, mourn, and be completely yourself. This space is a place where you will be heard and supported. My role is not to fix you or to impose my views on how to live. My role is to observe and reflect alongside you while I watch you accomplish your goals for yourself or your child.My main areas of expertise are LGBTQ+ issues, anxiety, parent management, emotion regulation, family conflict/relationship issues, OCD, and trauma. I utilize Seeking Safety, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), ACT (acceptance commitment therapy), Attachment-based Therapy, and other therapy tools when necessary.Let’s be real, life can be hard! I know firsthand the importance of having someone to help and support during difficult times. Whether that is learning to cope with depression, anxiety, or wanting to improve your family’s relationship.
