With a Master of Science degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Kingston University London and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Pharmacy, I have a strong academic background in the field of drug discovery, development, and delivery. I am passionate about applying my knowledge and skills to the advancement of the pharmaceutical industry and the improvement of public health. I currently work as a Supervisor at Nando's UK & IRE and a Dispenser at Boots UK, where I demonstrate my abilities in process improvement, team management, quality assurance, and customer service. As a Supervisor, I train and mentor new staff members, as well as coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant. I have increased the staff retention rate, customer satisfaction, and revenue by implementing effective and efficient procedures and solutions. As a Dispenser, I work with a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide safe and accurate dispensing of medicines and healthcare products. I follow the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines to ensure compliance and quality in all aspects of my role.
