Ruby is a Certified Physician Assistant specializing in conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. Ruby graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She obtained her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. After graduating, Ruby worked as a cardiology and urgent care Physician Assistant for Oviedo Dermatology Center and the Florida Heart Group. Ruby has a passion for skin cancer prevention, treating common to complex dermatologic concerns and skincare. Ruby holds Diplomate-Fellow status of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She is a fluent Spanish speaker. In her free time, Ruby enjoys working out, playing sports, reading, and traveling.
