A native of central Texas, RJ has over thirty years of serving the recovery community. RJ earned a Master of Arts in Addiction Counseling from the world-renowned Hazelden Betty Ford Graduate School of Addiction Studies at the Center City, Minnesota alcohol and drug addiction treatment center. RJ received a unique curriculum that integrates theory, science and clinical practice. Twenty-five years of successful leadership and workforce development in start-up and corporate expansion environments.
