Hi there! I can say from my own experiences that life isn’t always easy, fun or fair. In fact, as the years go by we are often faced with more difficult challenges. Factor in general adulting and whew! Sometimes, even the strongest amongst us needs a little bit of support working through life’s more challenging obstacles. My goal is to engage and empower clients by meeting them where they are in life. Over the past 12 years, I have been blessed to be apart of varying psychology based fields but found the most fulfillment in private practice.Through therapy you and I will work collaboratively to develop the change you want to see in yourself. Firstly, by acceptance of who you are currently! From there, you will be able to shift towards becoming the person you want to be. You and I will treatment plan together to tackle obstacles, and negative thoughts/behaviors that are no longer serving you.I believe that a client centered - solution focused approach works best and that with you in the driver’s seat we can focus on your goals for each session and address the challenges that you feel are most important.
