Dr. Fratto has been practicing optometry for over 30 years in the Bay Area and Solano county. She enjoys meeting her patients' needs and providing quality eye care. She has participated in 3 overseas vision mission trips in Morocco, Bolivia, and Costa Rica. She enjoys traveling with her husband.
