I am a highly motivated and hardworking pharmacist with over a year experience within the community sector. I have developed a firm sense of responsibility whilst working within a multidisciplinary team within a polyclinic. This allowed me to build a strong rapport with doctors, nurses, midwives and dentists enabling me to provide medication alternatives when there have been manufacturing problems, and suggest the most appropriate medication to be prescribed based on the patients co-morbidities. I have a passion for embracing and developing innovative working methods to improve healthcare provision for my patients.
