Hello there! I am Roshni Kale, at present a Pharmacist working within the community sector with aspirations to expand my clinical knowledge and services in world of healthcare, medicine, science and technology to deliver quality patient-centred care. I am also fascinated by dermatology and medical aesthetics which I wish to pursue in the future. I have studied two degrees in Biomedical Science and Pharmacy. I embrace both of my degrees and feel they have enabled me to understand a patient holistically. Biomedical Science has underpinned my knowledge about human biology, physiology and disease states by analysing laboratory results and research. Additionally, Pharmacy has enhanced my knowledge about healthcare and medicines, pharmacokinetics and Law and ethics. I have understood the main principles of how the human body works and how disease states are diagnosed and treated from advanced diagnostic tools, therapeutic strategies and treatment plans. I am an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who believes in educating and raising awareness to patients, families and the greater public to reduce disease progression, co-morbidities and mortality rates. I am a firm believer in the NHS values and feel they are naturally instilled in me to provide excellent quality care to our patients. I believe that the little pockets of insights and experiences in education, hobbies such a visual performing arts and travelling throughout my life have truly moulded me into a diverse, confident, adaptable and a colourful individual!
