Ronald Chee-Awai, MD, is a general urologist dedicated to helping his patients feel healthy and well. He practices empathy to allow him to better connect with you and be a partner in your care. Dr. Chee-Awai works closely with a team of caring nurses and physicians whose sole purpose is to provide you with the highest level of urological care in a safe, compassionate and responsible environment. He and his team will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan for conditions like kidney stones, bladder dysfunction, urologic cancers and more. A graduate of Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia, his residencies include the University of Colorado at Denver and University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital. Dr. Chee-Awai is fellowship trained and board certified in adult and pediatric urology, with more than 20 years of experience. Outside of the office, he enjoys learning and challenging himself each day through historical restorations. Dr. Chee-Awai also likes to ski and scuba dive.
