• Administering multiple functions such as: o Planning, controlling & issuing material as per work order o Product non-standard data requirement sharing / alert to all team people and production team • Implementing 5’S & TPM standards; monitoring implementation & documentation of quality systems • Monitoring & conducting meetings for the achievement of production targets and streamlining the processes for ensuring smooth functioning of manufacturing operations • Preparing reports on daily & monthly basis and submitting it to Production Manager • Managing & troubleshooting the shop floor activities for any process related issue • Formulating strategies in manufacturing operations along with implementation of various techniques for improving the process operations with cost effectiveness • Performing functions such as production planning, operations, manufacturing, control & troubleshooting (scheduling, supervision & adherence to plan), manpower planning & deployment also controlling process parameters within limits • Successful at motivating staff through clear communication and outstanding organizational skills • Proven ability in quality assurance and product development to deliver quality services to clients / customers
