"Robert E. Tome, M.D., specializes in family practice and believes that preventative medicine is the key to a long healthy life. At Conviva Forest Hill, he leads a team of compassionate, patientfocused primary care professionals with a commitment to medical excellence. Dr. Tome completed his residency training at St. Joseph Hospital in Reading, Pennsylvania, where he was the chief resident his final year. He served an internship in internal medicine at St. Raphael Hospital in New Haven, Connecticut, and earned his medical degree from the University of Dominica School of Medicine, presently known as Ross University, in Portsmouth, Dominica. Dr. Tome’s honors and awards include a Certificate of Achievement presented by Humana for outstanding and dedicated service to their members and achieving a 5-Star Rating for HEDIS performance; Medstatix Top Performer; and Notable Physicians of Palm Beach County by the Palm Beach County Medical Society and Palm Beach Illustrated.
