I trained as a Building Surveyor and since becoming Chartered in 1996 I now work mainly as a project manager on larger construction contracts and programmes. I am an experienced Party Wall Surveyor and I have also trained in Expert Witness work. I am a hard worker and a good communicator. I respond well to challenges and I enjoy my work and will put immense effort into ensuring that my projects are a success. I place great value in my staff and my colleagues and enjoy working in a team. I am a good mediator and I am confident in negotiation in difficult situations. My current objective is to develop further Project Management work for Livemore in all sectors.
