Occupational Therapy Master Student: I am currently undertaking a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy at Northumbria University. Up to date I have carried out 2 practice placements; 1. Addiction Services 2. Inpatient Orthopaedics Former Conference, Liaison, Legal and Public Service Interpreter: Having completed my MA in Conference Interpreting and Translation, have been translating and interpreting in the UK for the past 2 years. As a native Portuguese speaker who has lived in the UK for 15 years, my B language is of native level, meaning I specialise in accurate and effective PT<>EN interpretation. My professional experience thus far has provided me with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure and develop the professionalism required to perform my services in a wide variety of situations.
