Our therapeutic approach includes but is not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory and Mindfulness Based Interventions rooted in Biblical principals. We aim to empower clients through life challenges including life-transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship/marital issues, low-self-confidence, and much more.
