I am a Professional Pharmacist with more than 12 years’ experience in various pharmaceutical settings. I have extensive background in background in Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacy Management, Information Systems and Health Care Programmes and Data Base Management. My main area of expertise is in MUR's, repeat dispensing, methadone supervision, emergency hormonal contraception and smoking cessation. In my role as Store Pharmacist I improve ongoing staff and systems performance through training and coordination with external organisations and I drive improvements in patient safety and quality of services through comprehensive monthly patient safety reviews. I also ensure adherence to clinical governance requirements for provision of high quality standards of services and provide staff training services on new systems. Throughout my career, I have ensured delivery of high quality customer service and contributed to efficient pharmaceutical operations. My strong ability to forge strategic partnerships with both internal and external partners has resulted in successful implementation of health programmes and productivity increase.
