I am an enthusiastic and focused mental health pharmacist with experience that relates to varying environments. I have a wealth of experience across various mental health services over 8 years including: - Forensics for 1 year. - Rehabilitation services for 2 years. - Acute psychiatric wards for 6 years. - Mother and baby unit for 1 year. - Medicines Information: entirely running the service for a period of 6 months whilst the manager was off sick and a further 6 months when she returned. - PICU male ward for 1 year and intermittently covered the PICU female ward. - CMHT transformation and triage Servies for 2 years. - HTT for 6 years. - Eating disorders for 1.5 years. - Older Adult psych for 1.5 years. - Children’s psych ward for 1 year. - Psychiatric Liaison for 1.5 years. I am always looking for opportunities to develop my skills as a person and knowledge in pharmacy. I completed the one year "NHS: Leadership in Pharmacy" course and a “coaching for leadership” course. I am a full time mother outside of work. (Fluent in English and Arabic) I am now an Advanced Specialist Mental Health Pharmacist working in the GP integrated mental health services across 4 PCN’s in Surrey but also supporting with the transformation within the community teams. I have completed a Clinical Pharmacy certificate and the Postgraduate Certificate in Psychiatric Therapeutics. I am a non-medical independent prescriber, certified by Aston University in April 2023.
