I work with adults and adolescents and specialize in anxiety, depression, bipolar, and other mood-related conditions. My approach My approach to care is based on a holistic modality, providing clients support that looks at the whole person with their unique circumstances. I provide client-centered, individualized, and evidence-based treatment. My focus I have experience working with adolescents and adults in multiple settings facing various complex mental health issues. I specialize in managing different mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, anger management, psychosis, bipolar, and other mood disorders. I believe in active listening which allows my clients to express their needs freely and honestly in an environment that is non-judgmental. My journey to mental healthcare I decided to become a mental health provider because of my passion for helping people. I have over 12 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, over 7 of which were in mental health. I started as a family nurse practitioner and later obtained a postgraduate degree in psychiatric and mental health because of my desire to help people with mental health challenges. The clients should be actively involved in their care as they are better informed about what they wish to achieve.
