I am a caring, self- motivated pharmacist with a real passion for healthcare and improving patients’ quality of life. I thrive on a challenge and have a positive and cheerful attitude to patient care and clinical practice. My years of experience in community pharmacy have made me an effective communicator with patients, colleagues, healthcare professionals and medical representatives. Having worked in very busy pharmacies, has made me learn to remain calm even in stressful or unexpected circumstances and still be effective, efficient and proficient in my work. My previous work as a Pharmacist Store Manager has given me experience in maintaining administrative records such as pharmacy files, patient profiles and conducting audits. I have also become an expert on advising patients on medicines use, medication storage, and health-care supplies, through providing services such as Medicines Use Review and New Medicines Service. I have also learnt to manage people of varying skill levels, managing time and priorities tasks. I am always on the lookout for a new challenging position where I can use my knowledge of medicines and the experiences I have gained, whilst also giving me an opportunity for learning and development.
