Ms Rana joined Al Noor hospital in 2007, where she was appointed as patient and Family Health Educator. After 7 years in Al Ain, Rana moved to a private hospital as a Diabetic Educator, where she spent next 7 years. In February 2021, Ms Rana joined Mediclinic Al Jowhara hospital as a Diabetic Educator.
