Dr. Koka joined Gastroenterology Associates of S.W. Florida, P.A. in 2007. Dr. Koka is a graduate of Gandhi Medical College, in Hyderabad, India. Dr. Koka completed internal medicine training in the United Kingdom and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians. He then completed his internal medicine training at Graduate Hospital and a Fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Albert Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Koka is the recipient of two National Merit Scholarships. ​
