Hello, my name is Ruby , I am a qualified counsellor trained in integrative therapy. I provide a safe space for you for you to process and work through difficult , thoughts , emotions and feelings , working non judgementally and with empathy I aim to build a confidential, therapeutic relationship where you can talk about anything that is troubling you. I aim to tailor your therepy to your individual needs by using different theories.I have experience working with adults, adolescents and children in school and I have a flexable approach and can offer long term or short term counselling.I am a member of the BACP and abide by their ethical framework.
