Rajiv is UK trained and qualified in both Dentistry and Medicine at The Royal London Hospital. After completing these he then went onto the prestigious South Coast programme for general surgical training and specialist Oral and Maxillofacial Training. Mr Anand was awarded first place in competition for the National Intercollegiate Head and Neck specialist Fellowship which he undertook in Birmingham, a world renowned Head and Neck unit, whilst also taking the opportunity to visit other centres of excellence like Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. He has been involved in over 50 peer reviewed publications. He currently leads the Head and neck cancer team and is a core member of the skin cancer team. Recently he was awarded his national associations BAOMS surgery prize.
