With over 21 years experience that is extensive in all aspects of Pharmacy and from being a Pharmacist. As an integral part of the medical team, GPs, District nurses, Nursing homes, hospitals that serves patients, my communication skills and clinical knowledge is up to date and work. My clinical knowledge is backed up with the key aspects that are essential in my career, a proficient communicator and problem solver. I feel that I am well placed to empower patients in the communities I serve. Communication is the key asset I possess that I use effectively: I have a regular slot on a Radio station that has a listenership of 300,000 with pre chosen topics to discuss and often it's down to listeners to ask anything. Negotiate all purchasing and selling of medicines answering maximum profitability. Leading the Pharmacy team to achieve beyond what is expected and keep the staff continually motivated and have a very high staff retention rate. Social media blogging on aspects of Pharmacy and more. Interviewing candidates for the right role and having the ability to seek out the right talent. My experience has taught me many skills, skills that are essential being a great team leader. Multitasking, prioritising, positive attitude, positive outlook, using initiative, mentoring, make each store run smoothly and always ensure profitability. Applying my flexibility, learning and knowledge gained my registration in New Zealand as a Pharmacist. Not knowing anyone from day one I have come back to the UK with many great friends, contacts and I am a 'Kiwi' at heart. I still have so much to offer in New Zealand would be able to hit the ground running at a pace and so opportunities would be embraced.
