• Responsible for leading strategic decision making and business development as a Client Partner • Responsible for new logo and growth-targeted strategic account management in ERP space • Working with the broader program management team to improve customer satisfaction index • Managing a complex network of consulting and delivery teams from bid stage to delivery. • Working closely with both on shore and offshore Delivery Teams to ensure that client expectations are managed and that appropriate support is available to those that need it • Manage performance of account team • Help in revenue forecasting and part of the Deal review board for ERP Deals • Work with the CoE’s to bring white space offerings for market penetration with prime focus on DIGITAL Specialities: Business Development & Sales Team Building Budget/P&L management Key Account Management Solution Selling Enterprise Resource Planning Operational Optimisation Opportunity Identification Innovative Proposal writing Team Building Strategic Alliances Digital & Customer Experience Revenue Growth Sale & Contract closure International Business Contract Negotiation
