Radhika Khara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Board-Approved Supervisor in the state of Texas and has been practicing in the Austin area for over 10 years. She believes every individual has incredible capacity for self-compassion, self-awareness and growth. Life is challenging and everyone needs increased support at times. Radhika works with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and other mental health concerns. She has experience working with homeless individuals, licensed professionals struggling with mental health issues, refugees, asylum seekers, college students and working professionals. Radhika's approach is person centered and strengths based while using brief solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) in sessions.
