Healing is never a linear journey; and often we need to give ourselves permission to heal from the same things more than once. We are always learning and growing - and sometimes it's necessary to stop and look at what we've learned and grown and ask ourselves if we want to continue carrying it all. Whether you're struggling to cope with a changing world, finding difficulty navigating your relationships, or having specific mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, or unresolved traumas, I will encourage and support you as you commit to yourself and explore and challenge your own attitudes, ideas, stories, and beliefs. My approach is compassionate, relational, and direct. I guide clients to peer beneath and beyond their perspectives to examine how and where those perspectives formed. From this depth, I aid them in discovering and/or creating new ways of relating to their lives, themselves, and others. It can be weird and vulnerable sharing your stories with a stranger while hoping they can fix you or your problems. But what if I told you that the work we do together is less of a fixing and more of a remembering? A remembering of your wholeness in a world that teaches us to feel broken.
