I work in a dual role as an Occupational Therapist and Substance Use Worker in a Specialist Outreach Recovery Team. We work with people who experience psychosis, alongside various complicating factors such as homelessness, leaving long stay hospitals or prisons, physical health co-morbidities, substance use, learning disabilities or Autism, brain injury and various other needs. Our service aims to be as trauma informed as possible, and works in a non-traditional, flexible and person centred way.
