I eventually served as operations manager and key accounts manager before assuming the role of President of Hess Meat Machines, a high-quality machinery corporation that partners with the Midwest’s largest supermarket chains, food chains, convenience stores, meat processors, and institutions. As president, I ensure that Hess Meat Machines is the premier distributor for local restaurants, grocers, and other food service companies’ commercial food equipment needs - providing everything from sales, consulting, installation, and training to ongoing support and maintenance services.
