A passionate Pharmacist focused on improving health outcomes for patients. I have been fortunate to have worked in different roles, providing me with different experiences, all focussed on improving health care and wellbeing of patients. I take great pride in trying to help every patient that I advise. Directly helping patients, whilst working at Boots, to working in care homes with improved technology to empowering the care facility and medicine optimisation for the elderly patients. Also using my enthusiasm and initiative for new models of working as a pharmacist in care homes, which has been demonstrated with the outcomes from the Vanguard Project and PresQipp Award. .
