Dr. Rajendran earned his medical degree at the Academy of Medical Sciences, in Pariyaram, India, and Kannur University in Kerala, India. He completed a residency in internal medicine at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in Elmhurst, New York, and a nephrology fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Medical Center in Houston. Dr. Rajendran is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Society for Nephrology.
