Mr Praveen Panose is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon based at Spire Gatwick Park Hospital and North Downs Hospital.He is highly experienced and specialises in lower limb reconstructive surgery and trauma.He graduated from St Johns College in India with a degree in Medicine, and then went on to complete higher specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedics as well as a masters in Orthopaedics. He then practiced as an Orthopaedic Surgeon in India for three years, focusing mainly on lower limb and trauma cases.Following this, Mr Panose moved to the UK and undertook further specialist training in trauma and orthopaedics in the North West and South East of England, working under several eminent lower limb reconstructive surgeons. He completed his specialist training in 2010 and joined East Surrey Hospital as a locum consultant in Trauma and Orthopaedics.He currently holds leading roles in the fracture neck of femur service and the trauma service within the Surrey and Sussex NHS Healthcare Trust. Additionally, he is involved in medical education and teaches and trains junior doctors and orthopaedic trainees.
