I'm Poonam Rai, owner and superintendent pharmacist at 365 Pharmacist. I founded 365 Pharmacist two years ago with the belief that patient care and impeccable customer service should be at the core of what we do. I began my career as a locum pharmacist in both large chain and independent pharmacies. It afforded me the opportunity to gain a plethora of experience in varied settings which helped me to identify that providing excellent customer service is key to building trust and developing long-term relationships with our patients.
