I have lived and worked for significant periods on 4 continents. so I am highly experienced in multi-cultural situations including working with foreign overseas workers/teams and NGO’s. Primarily I work with couples using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). When working with individuals my counselling approach is person-centred and integrative primarily working from a psychodynamic approach.
