An experienced Pharmacist with a strong focus on developing people to reach their full potential. I foster relationships with people and this makes me a good people manager. I believe that all people should be treated as individuals. As part as my role as Teacher Practitioner I helped to develop the next generation of Pharmacists, while in my role of Pharmacy Manager I have created a strong and loyal customer base who value mine and my team’s expertise in medicine.
