I firmly believe Nurses have more to offer than hands on care, they are at the forefront of health care, can be innovative, lead and improve services whilst maintaining compassion and ensuring the patient is at the centre of all decisions. I am experienced in leading clinical development, pathways, healthcare operations and Service/Business development. 🏥 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁 📱 Working at Huma I have become an expert in the fast-developing field of Digital Health. I have led on the Clinical Safety and Quality of the product, have a strong focus on regulatory frameworks, achieving EUMDR Class IIb and FDA 510k Class II status. I am passionate about the changes Digital Health can bring to health care systems, population health and most importantly to the patient. I continuously strive to ensure products meet everyone needs without bias, whilst tackling health inequalities head on. 💡 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 🗣 As a leader, I have consistently served as a role model, inspiring others to deliver high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centred care with passion. My leadership approach emphasises motivation and empowerment, creating a culture where every team member feels invested and an integral part of the service, with the freedom to challenge the status quo and proactively contribute to service improvement. I lead with compassion, approachability, and a willingness to listen to concerns. I actively encouraged staff at all levels to contribute their ideas for service improvement, allowing them to take on responsibilities and make impactful changes. As a person I aim to continuously improve and learn, to act with fairness, compassion and enthusiasm in all I do. I strive every day to remember the importance of our roles in improving patient care and lives.
