He is a diabetic diagnosed in the summer of 2012 and had elevated cholesterol. He was taking 3 Metformin tablets daily for his diabetes which was not helping as much as he had hoped. He thought he had a healthy diet and lifestyle until he stumbled across an article in a mens fittness magazine stating how certain so called healthy foods are not as healthy as you think. His continued research lead him to developing an understanding that foods can affect us all in completely different ways and that food can either be one of the best medicines or slowest acting poisons. After cutting out certain foods and developing a 5 minute exercising regime, he lost weight and more importantly drastically improved his condition.
